Trust You Can Inspect
How Public Trust Metrics Work
The public trust score is derived from current published-project evidence: verified evidence rate, average verification time, and published-project coverage.
Approved Organizations
Only approved organizations can take projects through review and into public publication.
Verified Evidence Rate
This measures how much submitted evidence for published projects reaches verified status.
Published Project Count
Only projects that are actually published contribute to the public platform metrics.
Verification Speed
Average hours from evidence upload to verification, compared against the 48-hour target.
Project Coverage
Coverage shows how many published projects have verified evidence attached to them.
Donation Ledger
Donation, fee, beneficiary, and cause allocations are recorded so totals and receipts can stay aligned with the ledger.
Evidence Verification Process
Evidence Upload
Organizations and fulfillment partners can upload photos, receipts, and documentation as milestones or deliveries happen. Evidence stays private until review.
Manual Review
Reviewers check evidence for relevance, project fit, and publication readiness. The public metrics track review speed against the 48-hour target.
Verification Decision
Evidence is either approved and made public to donors, or rejected with specific feedback for improvement. All decisions are logged in our audit trail.
Donor Notification
Verified evidence is shared with donors who supported the project. Notifications respect user preferences for quiet hours and cooldown periods.
Publication & Review Controls
Organization Approval Status
Organizations move through application review before their projects can be publicly published.
Payout Readiness
Donation-ready projects validate payout setup so routed funds have a configured destination.
Project Readiness Checks
Required timeline, media, and structured project fields are checked before review and publication.
Evidence Review Queue
Evidence is approved, rejected, or quarantined before it becomes part of the public project record.
Document Retention
Receipts and annual statements are retained for seven years to support compliance and review.
Ongoing Monitoring
Audit logs, notification events, and project state changes continue after publication.

Not enough public evidence yet
Not enough published project data is available yet to calculate a public trust score. Once evidence is published for current public projects, the trust score, verification speed, and verified evidence rate will appear here.
